Important Notice: Online-Only Service

FairMart.lk is an online-only service. Customers cannot physically visit or collect products from our warehouse. All orders are delivered to your address. This policy applies only to local products and excludes international wholesale items.

1. Perishable Products

Vegetables, Fruits, Pre-cut Produce, Fresh Food

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, these items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds/Replacements considered only if:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged, spoiled, or substandard products on arrival

Reporting Requirement: You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt.

2. Non-Perishable Products

Grains, Spices, Packaged Items

  • Returns accepted only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Submit return requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • Pickup for returns will be coordinated via Customer Care (no physical drop-offs).
  • Refunds processed after inspection and approval.

Exclusions

  • International Wholesale items (China/Australia).
  • Pre-cut/washed vegetables (Hygiene reasons).
  • Promotional or discounted combo products.

Refund Process

  • Processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Issued via original payment method.
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery address is accurate.
  • Inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.
  • Ensure packaging is intact; damages after delivery are not covered.
  • Acknowledge that there is no physical pickup location.
