About This Service

FairMart.lk provides an International Purchase & Import Service that allows customers in Sri Lanka to buy selected products from reputed Australian online stores. We purchase the item on your behalf, import it into Sri Lanka, clear customs, and deliver it to you locally.

Eligible Stores & Products

  • Amazon Australia (amazon.com.au)
  • eBay Australia (highly rated sellers only)
  • Nike Australia (nike.com/au)
  • Other well-known retail websites (subject to approval)

We DO NOT purchase from:

  • Unverified sellers or Private individuals
  • Facebook / Instagram sellers
  • Websites selling illegal/restricted items

  • No Cancellations: Once purchased, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind or customs delays.
  • Warranty: FairMart.lk provides no local warranty. Warranty is subject to the Australian seller. Return shipping to Australia is the customer's cost.
  • Prohibited Items: We reject illegal items, medicines without scripts, weapons, flammables, alcohol/tobacco/vapes.
  • Responsibility: We are facilitators. We are not liable for manufacturer defects or seller errors.

Do I pay before contacting you?

Contact customer care first to confirm eligibility.

What is the initial payment?

100% of the product value converted to LKR.

What does the final payment include?

Courier charges, Customs duty & taxes, Service fees, and Local delivery.

Can you estimate customs duty?

We can give a rough estimate, but the final amount is decided by Sri Lanka Customs.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared where available.

Do you deliver island-wide?

Yes, we arrange island-wide delivery after full payment.
